How soon after ordering can I expect my delivery?
We operate on a first-in-first-out basis, so the sooner you place your order, the sooner we deliver.
For early deliveries, orders need to be placed before 15h00 on the previous day.

There's a mistake with my order - can I return products?
Please note that the onus is on the customer to check delivered stock against your invoice at the time of delivery. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the driver has left. A signed tax invoice is our confirmation that the stock has been received in good order, and that the invoice has been delivered in full.
Our drivers carry an RFC BOOK with them at all times. Returns will only be considered by Kerston Foods on presentation of an RFC SLIP. Should you wish to return an item, the driver needs to issue you with an RFC SLIP at the point of return.
If you have been invoiced for something that you have not received, please ensure that the driver issues you with an RFC SLIP at the point of delivery.
Credit notes are processed on the day following the date of the RFC SLIP. Your credit note will be emailed to you via the account’s email address as it appears on our records.
Returns for credit accepted only in sealed, original packaging. Dry goods within 7 days, perishables within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10%.
Items must be in original, sealed packaging in order to be accepted as returns for credit. Dry ingredients will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, while perishables will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I become a customer?
If you are keen on using our ‘supply’ so that you can ‘create’ your masterpieces then please contact our Sales Department to request a customer form. You can call 021 5517258 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your completed form, we will create an account code for you, and this can then be used to register on our online ordering service – Foodsupply.
