Absolutely, you can return products under certain conditions. Here’s a summary of our return policy:
- Check your delivery immediately: Please check the products against your invoice when you receive them. Any discrepancies can’t be rectified once the delivery driver has left.
- RFC SLIP requirement: Our drivers carry an RFC BOOK, and any return consideration requires an RFC SLIP, which the driver will provide if a return is necessary.
- Original packaging: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging to be accepted as returns for credit.
- Return periods: Dry goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery, while perishables can be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- Handling fee: We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10%.
- Credit note processing: Credit notes are processed on the day following the RFC SLIP’s date. The credit note will be emailed to you.
If you notice a mistake in your order after delivery, please fill out the appropriate form online. Whether it’s an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or a quality issue, our Food Safety Team will respond within 48 hours. They may ask you to provide photographs of the products you wish to return. Once approved, they will arrange for collection of the stock and notify you of the date. The credit will then be processed within 24 hours after collection.
