All-Bran Scones

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C or gas mark 6.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, Kellogg's All-Bran, sugar, baking powder and salt. Using a blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles a coarse meal.

Beat together the eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture. Stir until well mixed. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

Roll out dough until 1cm thick. Cut with 4cm biscuit cutter. Place scones in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
