Place all the Filling ingredients in a saucepan, mix well using a spatula, bring to the boil over medium low heat, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, for a few minutes until the texture is similar to firm paste, and set aside and cool. You can add some finely chopped Roasted Nuts such as Cashew OR Pistachio, etc.

Wet the edges of a Gyoza Wrapper with water, place 2-3 teaspoonfuls of Coconut Filling in the centre, fold in half, and secure the edges as you remove the air inside. Repeat the process.

Fry in the deep enough oil until golden and drain oil on a rack OR paper towel. Enjoy while they are crispy.
