Warm up with the soothing flavours of our traditional Miso Soup. This light yet flavourful broth is made from fermented miso paste, enriched with tofu, seaweed, and green onions for a nourishing and savoury experience.

Instructions

In a pot, add in 2 cups of dashi stock and turn the heat up to medium-high.

Add in miso paste by running it through a strainer.

Once the soups start simmering, add in tofu and seaweed.

Cook for 3 minutes or until tofu is fully cooked.
