Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper in a 4L slow cooker. Cook on High for 2 hours. Stir and serve with sliced vegetables and baguette slices.
